Tranquility in Nature and Geometry

圖書館應該是一場光與知識的對話。我們引入大量自然光線，透過玻璃帷幕與開放視角，讓閱讀沐浴在陽光與綠意之中，建立自然共生的學習節奏。 空間設計以「光線引導動線」、「自然光柔化工業感」為主軸，透過不同時段的日光變化，形塑出閱讀的節奏與氛圍，使整體空間既理性俐落，又不失柔和與溫暖。
The library becomes a dialogue between light and learning. Using open glass structures and light-guided flow, the industrial chic space is softened by natural daylight, blending precision with human warmth and rhythm.

設計理念：
一諾一言『十年樹木，百年樹人』
起心動念 －
教育是翻轉人生最好的方法，知識是力量的來源，有感於一生的際遇，希望未來的學子有機會創造自己最佳的人生。孕育出『良心靜性』的學子是件不容易的事，在《管子 ·權修》：「一年之計，莫如樹穀；十年之計，莫如樹木；終身之計，莫如樹人。一樹一穫者，穀也；一樹十穫者，木也；一樹百穫者，人也」，深深體悟培育人才是長久之事，百年大計之業。
空間感動 －
當我第一次進入這所學校時我就已經感動了，我看見所有的人，是充滿善良與自信的微笑，小朋友可愛親切的問好，熱情與禮貌之間活絡了整個校園。進入校園空間，眼前有巨幅大型的立體壁畫，一件又一件彷彿進入《侏羅紀公園》空間中驚險刺激。在不經易中抬頭遠眺司令臺，又引入海洋之中悠遊其中，每一處轉角之間會有新發現，小昆蟲就在身邊棲息，讓人驚喜好奇這是這樣的學校。
設計行意之間 －

在被邀請設計圖書館空間，眼前呈現的空間是長方型建築體，光線南北長向漫射進入，揮亮了整個空間。 需求更是與眾不同，圖書館與研討會議、作品才藝發表空間共進，並融入人文茶道學習場域精神。 設計的心進入空間之中就會有感動的故事，設計的發想是用空間存在的形式開始，空間量體中有8支建築語彙的圓柱，整齊並列其中，彷彿是學校的毅力不搖的守護神，因此、我們巧妙運用，眼前通透的場域懷著飽滿光線，以『十年樹木，百年樹人』設計為概念，將8圓柱為中間設計主軸亮點，垂直與水平線共構的場域，遠觀，可見林道形態之美；近觀，可窺見樹姿伸展眼簾之中，形成閱讀林蔭大道貫穿整體空間氣勢。一手一眼之間，閱卷藏書環繞四周，我們刻意在窗下引入人文茶道場域區，品茗人文氣習與茶香，在舉手投足之間都有『寧靜』的感動，創造出整體空間氣度與氛圍。

Design Concept
“A Promise, A Word – Ten Years to Cultivate Trees, A Hundred Years to Nurture People”
The Initial Intention –

Education is the best way to transform lives, and knowledge is the source of power. With a deep awareness of life’s circumstances, I hope future students will have the opportunity to create their best possible lives. Cultivating students with “a calm conscience and steady mind” is no easy task. In Guanzi · Quanxiu, it is written: “For the plan of a year, nothing is better than planting grain; for the plan of ten years, nothing is better than planting trees; for the plan of a lifetime, nothing is better than cultivating people. One planting yields once — that is grain; one planting yields tenfold — that is a tree; one planting yields a hundredfold — that is a person.” This resonates deeply with me, affirming that nurturing talent is a long-term endeavor, a century-spanning mission. The Spatial Inspiration –

The first time I stepped into this school, I was moved. I saw people whose smiles radiated kindness and confidence. Children greeted me warmly and politely; their enthusiasm and manners filled the campus with life. Entering the school’s spaces, I was greeted by a grand, three-dimensional mural — each piece making me feel as though I had stepped into the thrilling world of Jurassic Park. Glancing up at the command platform, I was drawn into an oceanic realm, freely wandering its depths. At every turn, there were new discoveries — tiny insects resting nearby, sparking curiosity and delight. This is such a school. From Design Intention to Form –

When invited to design the library space, I was presented with a rectangular building, with natural light diffusing from the north-south axis, brightening the entire area. The requirements were unique — a library combined with conference and talent showcase spaces, while also incorporating the cultural spirit of a tea ceremony learning area.
When the heart of the designer enters a space, stories emerge. The inspiration began with the existing spatial form. Within the volume stood eight architectural columns, aligned neatly like steadfast guardians of the school’s spirit. We skillfully embraced these columns as the central design feature. In this bright, transparent setting, we took “Ten years to cultivate trees, a hundred years to nurture people” as our design concept.
The eight columns became the vertical and horizontal structural axes of the space. From afar, they form the beauty of a forest path; up close, they reveal the graceful posture of trees extending into view, shaping a “reading avenue” that runs through the heart of the library. Around the perimeter, bookshelves embrace the space. Beneath the windows, we intentionally introduced a tea culture zone, where visitors can savor both tea and cultural ambiance. Every gesture is imbued with a sense of tranquility, crafting a space filled with dignity and poetic atmosphere.

溫暖未來閱讀空間
Warm Futuristic Reading Space：

空間設計以暖色調為主，使用柔和的橙色、淺木色和米色，營造出舒適和人性的氛圍。大型落地窗讓自然光充足地灑入空間，與室內的間接照明相結合，形成明亮而溫馨的閱讀環境。陽光在空間中穿梭，投射出柔和的光影，為每個角落增添生命力和活力。天花板上安裝了智能照明系統，能夠根據時間和自然光的變化自動調節燈光的色溫和亮度。家具選擇柔軟的材料，並配有可調節的靠墊和靠背，讓使用者感到如家一般的舒適。年輕男女在這裡既能享受安靜的獨處時光，也能在小型交流區與朋友共享閱讀樂趣。
The space design primarily uses warm tones, incorporating soft oranges, light wood, and beige to create a comfortable and human-centric atmosphere. Large floor-to-ceiling windows allow ample natural light to flood the space, complementing the interior's indirect lighting to form a bright and cozy reading environment. Sunlight streams through the space, casting soft shadows that add life and vibrancy to every corner. The ceiling features an intelligent lighting system that automatically adjusts the light's color temperature and brightness based on time and natural light changes. Furniture is selected with soft materials and adjustable cushions and backrests, offering users home-like comfort. Young men and women can enjoy quiet solitude here or share the joy of reading with friends in small gathering areas.

Sunny Library of Warmth and Wisdom:

在這個設計中，我們結合了科技的尖端性與空間的溫馨感，創造出一個讓訪客感到舒適並能激發靈感的場所。設計中使用了自然光與暖色調的融合，打造出明亮且充滿活力的空間。AI技術不僅提升了學習的效率，也帶來了更具人性的互動體驗。陽光穿透空間，隨著一天的時間變化在室內流動，形成自然與科技的完美協奏。這裡是知識的海洋，是心靈的避風港，訪客在這裡能享受到科技與人文的完美平衡。
In this design, we combine the cutting edge of technology with the warmth of space, creating a place where visitors feel comfortable and inspired. The design uses a fusion of natural light and warm tones to create a bright and vibrant space. AI technology not only enhances learning efficiency but also offers a more human-centered interactive experience. Sunlight traverses the space, flowing indoors with the time of day, creating a perfect symphony of nature and technology. This is an ocean of knowledge and a haven for the soul, where visitors can enjoy a perfect balance of technology and humanity.

大雅中學輕工業風圖書館以自然和工業設計的交融為核心，為學生提供一個充滿創意和現代感的學習場所。光與影的設計元素強調了空間的立體感，使整體設計既時尚又富有溫暖。
The Daya Junior High School Industrial Chic Library centers on the fusion of nature and industrial design, offering students a creative and modern learning space. The interplay of light and shadow enhances the dimensionality of the space, making the overall design both stylish and warm.

潭墘國小圖書館- 京悅設計｜真水建築

大榕樹是孩子心靈的守護，黃金麥子是知識的希望。圖書館將「依靠」與「收穫」結合，讓閱讀不僅是知識的吸收，更是心靈的溫暖與成長。
The banyan protects, the wheat inspires. This library blends shelter and harvest, turning reading into both knowledge and nourishment for the heart.

就像村落裡的大榕樹下，這裡是學生交流、分享、共讀的溫馨聚落。黃金麥子的意象提醒孩子：學習是一場充滿幸福的收穫。
Like a village beneath a banyan tree, this is a warm circle of exchange and shared learning. Wheat’s golden glow reminds children: learning is a harvest of happiness.

榕樹代表守護與根基，麥子代表豐盛與希望；在 AI 與國際知識的輔助下，這座圖書館成為孩子們邁向未來的起點。
he banyan represents roots, the wheat represents abundance. With AI and global knowledge, this library becomes the starting point where children reach for the future.
